Holy Taco

Justin and I decided to eat an early dinner Saturday. We headed to Holy Taco at 4:00 p.m. I know, we're like two old people. Holy Taco is a taqueria in the East Atlanta community. This was our first visit and it was tasty. There were a few other patrons in the restaurant, but not many. We were seated immediately and got great service.

I started off with a house margarita and it was perfect. Margaritas are just right for tacos. I ordered two tilapia tacos on flour tortillas and a side of black beans. The tacos were substantial in size (compared to Taqueria del Sol tacos) and super yummy. The beans were spicy and topped with cotija cheese. They were also delicious. My tacos were only $3 each and the beans were also $3, which is well worth it in my opinion.

Justin ordered a tilapia taco, young goat taco, and a third one that I can't remember (maybe pork?). He enjoyed his tacos, too. We shared a pan de chocolate for dessert. It was a piece of bread grilled and topped with nutella and toasted fruit. It was delicious!

I definitely want to return and try more food and maybe another margarita.
