Marissa is a fellow designer and co-worker of mine. We counsel each other about our long distance relationships and the baggage that goes along with them. It's nice having someone nearby who understands my feelings regarding this situation and who can relate.
She is getting married in November to Justin (her Justin, not mine!). When we talk about Justin, we always preface the name with "my" or "your". It keeps things straight. I hope she'll blog about her wedding plans.
Another thing we have is common is our fur babies. Addie is her baby like Pete and Annabelle are my babies. They're not spoiled one bit, but I think her Addie is a little more obedient that Pete and Anne. Who needs obedience training!
I am so glad we have each other to talk to about our long distance relationships and weekend travels! And I am very thankful for the friendship we've found as well!
